  • How far in advance should I place an order with Pippy's Poppin Balloons for my event?
    The moment you decide that your event will not be the same without Pippy's Poppin Balloons, it's time to order! We recommend placing your orders a minimum of 2 weeks in advance of your event. This allows us sufficient time to custom order and prepare the specific balloons required for your celebration, ensuring that every detail is perfect. By doing so, you'll be able to enjoy a stress-free experience with the assurance that Pippy's Poppin Balloons will make your event truly special.
  • I haven't heard from you about my order, what do I do?
    We strive to process all incoming orders as swiftly as possible. While our goal is to handle orders daily, there can be times when our team, along with those who assist us, may not be available every day. If you have placed an order and have not received any updates for over a week, we encourage you to reach out to us again. You can contact us through our customer service email or phone number listed on our website. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience this delay may cause.
  • Do all your balloon designs use helium?
    No, most of our designs use air. Helium is typically reserved for specific designs like String of Pearl Arches or Bouquets.
  • What are your delivery fees?
    At Pippy's Poppin Balloons, we strive to provide exceptional service and timely delivery of our high-quality balloon products. Due to the recent increase in gas and vehicle expenses, we have implemented a delivery fee for orders that require traveling greater distances. This fee is automatically factored into your final price at checkout and will be transparently listed as a delivery fee. These fees are essential to ensure we can maintain our standards of service and on-time deliveries. *Please note that delivery fees are final and non-negotiable unless otherwise specified by Pippy's Poppin Balloons.   • Do you offer delivery services?
    Yes, we do! We can deliver all of our offered products such as garlands and marquees directly to your event location. However, larger builds like arches require on-site assembly.
  • What is a CBA, and why is it significant for Pippy's Poppin Balloons?
    CBA stands for Certified Balloon Artist, a certification awarded by Qualatex to those who pass a rigorous exam. Our founder earned this certification in 2020, showcasing our expertise and commitment to quality. Choosing Pippy's Poppin Balloons means you'll receive professional, creative, and top-quality balloon arrangements from a certified expert.
  • How do you blow up the balloons
    All of our balloons are inflated using professional-grade equipment—never by mouth—for cleanliness and consistency. Each balloon is carefully hand-tied to ensure quality and durability.
  • Do you use environmentally friendly balloons?
    Yes! We use biodegradable latex balloons!
